When do I get a tracking number?
By email, the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day go out the same day.
Tracking has not moved in days — is my parcel lost?
Carrier scans often go quiet in transit, then catch up in one batch. If nothing updates for seven business days, email us — we will trace it and reship or refund.
How long should delivery take?
US 3–6 business days · Canada and UK 6–12 · rest of world 8–20. Carrier estimates, not guarantees.
I checked out as a guest — can I still track it?
Yes, the same way. If you cannot find the shipping email, check spam, then email us your order number.
