Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return window — you have 90 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, your item needs to be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, reach out right away so we can sort it out.

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishables, custom or personalized orders, and personal care products once opened. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

The quickest path to an exchange is to return what you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order for the item you actually want.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. The same conditions apply: unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Once we have reviewed your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a bit longer to post it.
